In order to better meet the development needs of China's new energy automobile industry, the ministry of industry and information technology has decided to make the following modifications to the regulations on the access management of new energy automobile manufacturers and products (decree no. 39 of the ministry of industry and information technology) :

      With the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requirements as prescribed in the large automobile enterprise groups, unified planning, unified management in enterprise groups, under the premise of corresponding supervision responsibility, its affiliated enterprises (including the subsidiaries and branches) access to simplify, apply access censorship demands of enterprise group subordinate company (see annex 2)."
