Motor electronic control factory test

During the factory test of new energy electric vehicle motors and controllers, sometimes it is only necessary to test the basic functions and performances of the motor/controller without testing the feed characteristics. In this case, only a DC power supply is required to provide DC voltage for the motor/controller under test.

  • 2、Factory test scheme
    DC source selection: EVWB and EVWP series DC test power sources are optional.

    Program features:

    1. EVWB series: When braking to slow down, the instantaneous energy fed back by the motor can be fed back to the power grid through the DC source, which saves space and does not need to be released.
    2. EVWP series: When braking or decelerating, the instantaneous energy fed back by the motor can be consumed through the discharge device.
    DC source selection: EVWB and EVWP series DC test power sources are optional.
