Battery PACK test

WBTS series power battery PACK test system is a self-developed electric energy feedback power supply system. It can realize AC-DC conversion to charge the electric energy of the grid to the battery module, and can also feed the electricity released from the battery module back to the grid in the form of grid-connected inversion, so that this part of the electric energy can be recycled and reused. It has the advantages of energy feedback, high precision and wide voltage range. Adopting two-stage modular structure, the rectifier module has low harmonic distortion rate and high efficiency, and the DC module has a wide voltage range; it supports parallel connection of modules, and different current and power can be customized according to requirements.

    WBTS series power battery PACK test system is a self-developed electric energy feedback power supply system.     1. Four IGBT three-level technology is adopted, with high power factor and low harmonic.

    2. Power factor > 99%, harmonic distortion rate < 5%, little impact on power grid.

    3. DSP high-performance processor realizes complete three-closed-loop feedback control, which is safer and more stable.

    4. The independent air duct design improves the adaptability of the equipment to harsh environments.

    5. It can run offline, and the equipment has a touch screen and a storage unit that can operate the equipment independently.

    6. Modular design, each module operates independently, which is convenient for maintenance and centralized management and control.

    7. The configuration is flexible, and charging and discharging equipment with different channels and powers can be customized according to customer requirements.

    8. Channels can be used in parallel to facilitate customer expansion and improve production efficiency.

    9. Integrate with other equipment or devices (such as incubator, vibration table, voltage, temperature acquisition system).

    10. The software can realize data connection and control with BMS conveniently and quickly through the CAN communication protocol (.DBC file) provided by the user. Complete functional tests: capacity, cycle life, rate characteristics, HPPC, charge and discharge efficiency, DC internal resistance test, working condition simulation and other performance tests.
